Today also WCR detained Kk express between JHs -BINa so that its own baby SEB can OT it . That is why KK became late .
Why they can not run SEB on middle line from BINa onwards or give priority to Long distance trains which has No halt between BINa and BPL where as SEB has 3 halts .
