In the last few days, this is probably third or fourth news and demand of starting DHN-Allp express. Hope ECR immediately starts this train at the earliest. But doesnt look that it may happen soon considering there is some block around RJY station in SCR and many trains have already been cancelled for some days till end of the month

It's not about ECR.
ECR has already proposed to start all these trains.
It's upon jharkhand govt.

There are lots of trains i think already started from Jharkhand ( towards Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore etc). Not sure of any specific reason for delaying permission for this train considering lots of people travel down South for medical & other purposes. I though ECR was awaiting RB approval and still not got it
