Hi, I missed my train (Kamyani express-1071) today, 6th june. I got the e-ticket booked through IRCTC. Could you please tell me the procedure for claiming the refund and how much refund amount would be processed?

Sir, regret!
If it was General ticket, you are entitled to a refund of 50%.
If it was a Tatkal ticket, no refund is admissible.
File a TDR on the IRCTC site

only (there is an option in the left Menu Column).

The cancellation procedure is printed on the e-ticket itself. You can call the call center of the IRCTC or send an email to them also.
