TATA Steel Express - Second Sitting sasta bhi, sabse achha bhi - Ravi Raj

I reserved a ticket of 4 passengers from Puri to katwa, 120 days before, to travel for this train, from a railway station, availability was 239. I requested for allot atleast 1 lower bearth, because there was a child of 2 years also with us. But ticket master told me that there was no lower bearth vacant on this train. Was it true? Under 239 seats, there was not atleast 1 vacant lower bearth?
