I booked a ticket for 24/01/21 on 04674. After 2days i got a message from irctc that train 04674 is cancelled on 24/01/21. So i again booked a ticket on 25/01.. so now they revoke the cancellation of 24/01 & my ticket is still valid. So i need FULL REFUND of 24/01/21 ticket is it possible? I have 4passanger ticket so it will be a huge cancellation charge. Plss help
