Since covid 19 is not compulsory these days, I added urdu punjabi and deleted covid 19, and to create similarity, this update was made.

"not compulsory these days" doesn't mean to remove it from existing ones. If you are adding new train then that will be diff case but not here.
Already cleared in previous reply that adding more doesn't mean removing previous one. That was also not harmful. :D
