For LHB Coaches, speed limits are -
Non AC coaches & SLR : 130 kmph
AC Coaches & EOG : 160 kmph
Non AC coaches & SLR : 130 kmph

Few Non AC lhb are 160 fit too, personally saw in poorva exp way back in 2016
Not possible at all sir. It can be illusion or mistake.
All non-AC Coaches (2S, GN, SLR, SL) aren't permitted to go above 130 KMPH. No RDSO document permits them to go above this limit.
