Ye to passenger train ka time table hai. Is train ko osiyan, lohawat , badariya lathi hault bhi dena chahiye tha.
No, intercity should have avg. speed of 70-75, else it should not be called intercity. Also traffic is limited on this route, I don't think 70 kmph should be a challenge on this route.
