Toda Rai singh line doesn't exist now. You can refer official map of JP Div. So it's out of race.

You dont use old MG/NG iron rails for GC. Only land is used. Line might have already been dismantled or abandoned. But stIll govt own 100s of KMs of that land. Its better to use available land than freshly acquire 100s of KM
