you are the 70th person to book in waiting list but due to 11 cancellations(mostly) or confirmations your current position in WL queue is WL59.
WL 70 is the maximum extent to which ticket has been booked.
And after cancellation it has decreased to WL 59.It is the current status.
When you will book your ticket you will get WL 59 only.Thanks
