Poor planning by SPJ &SEE division leading to a estimated loss of 1.90 crores .First cancelling Vaishali due to fog after having 4 rake and now this .They want the losses to increase for railways.

Haa agar MFP mein bhi kaam ho raha to cancel hi karna last option raha hoga..KGG-SPJ route se bhejne ka matlab nahi rehta.
But agar MFP mein nahi ho raha toh bhejna chahiye tha KGG-SPJ se..Pata nahi kya chakkar hai.
