Instead of sending it to Hissar a daytime intercity to kanpur should be introduced with 615 dep arrival 1215 3AC should be treated as ACC while SL as reserved GS plus Rs 30 same in the evening from Kanpur to NDLS. All the trains now are long distance in that section and there is no intercity in morning.
