Can some one please tell me as when does the on line ticket booking for a particular train start - at 12:30 AM or at 08:30 AM??
I understand that the time is 120 days before the said date but what is the time 12:30 AM or 0830 AM??

for the same karantaka express book a ticket from bangalore to gulburga ( kK has a seprate quoto for gulburga and to northbound)
from gulburga to kopargaon it is next day for KK
so book the tickets in this way and search if seats are available
