50008 is a BEML Motor coach (MC). I believe the MU cables (which usually present below windscreen) were removed and sealed when the MC was taken out from middle of rake to front as a driver coach. And the windscreen & headcode grills were removed during POH, so u see the supportive structures still there. And the trains are usually mended by attaching metal sheets on the body, maybe that's why its looking a bit broken and shabby
