PTT is for general public and it mention in Official TT
but WTT is use only for railway officers internal matter at the time of discussion..

WTT isnot just for discussion purpose..It is actually followed by Operating Department..WTT book contains many other things apart from timetable..Crew members carry WTT along themselves.
WTT (Working Timetable) is the actual schedule that is followed by the staff. WTT accommodates things like crossings, speed restrictions, overtakes etc.
