I would assume it to be a lot cheaper than what is actually quoted in the news.

35 killed 5lakh given to each family in that budget 35 trains would have been fire safe.
if u deduct pass,emu/dmu and other day running trains I think count will be reduced to 1000*5lakh which is not much
