Crew shortage ho sakta hai
Jo log diesel engine chala chalakar aadat so ban gayi then expect 6 month training for running E loco
Here in KUR division most LPs took 7 month training just to operate from WAG7S to G9s

For barely 200 Kms e loco on top , 25 mins of wastage isilye aisa Kiya 😁
