Hello All, Can any one explain what is upgradation in IR reservation? There is an option in reservation form also...I was once shocked to see that my name was not there on SL confirmed chart then i wondered that my seat was upgraded to 3 AC w/o any extra fare.. On what occasions this upgradation is done.. Is it not loss to IR ? Can some one pls explain?
