There is a difference of 17 kilometers only if Gooty is bypassed. So there will be an advantage of maximum 35 minutes to this train. However, Gooty people have two more trains close to this train time for travelling to Mumbai. So diversion of Kurla wont be much problem to Gooty people also. This move will give some relief for people who are travelling longer times to reach Bangalore/Coimbatore. We all are waiting for IR announcement of converting this train as SF since there is no train travelling fast to reach Bangalore. We expect this one should be converted as SF and should reach Bangalore by less than 19 hrs atleast.
