It is frustrating to see the poor progress made by NFR (Katihar Division) to home Electric locos in both MLDT and SGUJ..
In fact, Malda has only 30 functioning ALCOs in M/E duty which are absolutely unnecessary. There are copious WDP4D stock with SGUJ/NGC to replace the older ALCOs. There are surplus EMD stock that MLDT can receive from other zones if they want to replace rest of the ALCOs. The worst part is, MLDT DLS has been electrified for months now but not a single E loco has been allocated to...

malda ke pass sab hai lekin e-loco rakhne ka mann nahi hai malda ka
DLS ka staff ka Training hone do..... Uske Baad hi toh rakhega
MLDT doesn't want to take Elocos, but HWH Shed is ready to give WAP 4s to JMP and MLDT and JMP shed work is going on. If WAP 4s are given to MLDT and JMP, most probably HWH will become a purely 3 phaser shed

Ye to scenario hai. Aur to aur ZBTT m Bamanhat DEMU (75718/7) jo ekmatra bharosa tha Siliguri Jaane ka Local Passengers ko, traders ko ; cancel kar diya.
Kaise decisions lete hai ye ! Assam jaane ka subah ka Intercity...
