not a rare case ttes drink.. but rare getting caught.. 2 3 days ago he beat a jawan who askec tte biju for a seat in 3 ac.. who had wl from ndls to tvc.. he askef for seat from ers to tvc in 3 ac.. n tte askd hin bribe of 500 rs.. n he refused...
