I gave views on how to get NCJ SBC early at SBC. If it is not feasible, then why not start from NCJ an hour late? Atleast lines will be free.
But there is no justification for Chalukya crawling for 3.5 hours in and around Bangalore. Why can't the slot of chalukya be changed properly? Start atleast 2 hours late from TEN/ PDY and still they can manage to reach before 0545 at YPR.
