Construction work is going on Mathura to bilochpura stn Agra .
After that
Third line & fourth are not in condition to construct between bilochpura & Agra cantt
Because raja ki mandi station there is no space to construct a new rail line .......

raja ki mandi was proposed to be dismantled and replaced with Bilochpura. isnt it ?
Yes it's under planning ....but it will take time to become possible
