Why isn't ECR giving Precedence to 02394 against 04412 today ? Ideally, GR should be given first priority against normal sf but here GR having more halts nd Sk is non stop. Both are almost 7 hours delayed.

ecr doesn't have sectional clearance for 130 kmph in main line.
cris clearance has to be given first.
sectional clearance of 130 is present only in grand chord, that's why in grand chord if a train is fit to do 130, it is given 130 no cris approval needed. only rake must be fit to do 130.
