Even, I was thinking the same plus it would be such a cumbersome to run trains on Jalandhar-Nakodar as it's "one train only section" with MPS of just 50kmph!!

Jalandhar-Nakodar route is now terribly choked with these diverted trains w.r.t. its section capacity and low MPS. Along with this, another LR at Nakodar is required. It'd be a nightmare for the section controllers today.
