My question is why 2010 coach will be attached to a train in its inaugural run when new coaches are allocated for the train by RB. Be it 1 coach or 2 coach. Why Vishakhapatnam will suffer always? ECOR received more than 200 new lhb coaches this year till date from different PU, and a huge numbers of those coaches were given to Vishakhapatnam train. Now you find out how many of those new coaches r in VSKP? Maximum of them i think gone to BBS, and old coaches replaced at VSKP. Even for this train, on day of inauguration itself 2010 coach attached in this rake when RM, and other ministers are present at inauguration function and whole India viewing it TV and other media.

Zone should be formed at the earliest as possible i think to stop this.
The most selfish zone i have seen is ECOR.
ECOR takes away new coaches from VSKP ( For which new zone under progress) and replaces them with its old coaches.
ECOR wants to break SER, SECR Zones and take all Orisssa state under ECOR. This activity will cost huge expenditure to RB, This activity will disbalance the network of 2 other zones SER, SECR if orissa portion is taken out from them and full restructuring of these zones will be required and that will cost additional money to RB, This activity will pave the way for other states where such demands are / were raised in past but is under cold box now and this activity will open the pandoras box. Every state will start demanding separate zone for its state , then where will be the Unity of India, how can so many zone be controlled then by RB?, from where all money will come?
But these selfish ECOR Zone don't understand all these. They just want everything under their control.
