Yes but that is compensated by speedy run post CAR . Morever no time loss is indicated in it's TT . However there r hopes that these sections will be ugraded soon. Already doubling work going on between GHD - CPU - SGRL route & also other infrastructural developement work going on at other areas. I hope the coming time will be very lucky for CIC route & it will be highlighted & monitered just like other important routes.
