Just like you guys have been suggesting to divert SK (2393/4) via BSB (as if SK was introduced to serve Varanasi-Janghai-Fafamau belt), ECR suggested to divert any out of HWH/SDAH/BBS Rajdhanis so that BSB gets connection with Kolkata or BBS. There is no scarcity of trains b/w PNBE-BSB/DDU. That is what ECR pointed out.
If you have problem with HWH/SDAH/BBS Rajdhanis,then plz don't suggest diverting SK at first.
