Isse lohardaga ki demand v Puri hogi or barkakana ko rajdhani mil jayegi.

So, let me get this straight. You are ACTUALLY trying to compare a restricted MPS due to Underground Fire (Dhanbad Bokaro Steel City Section) to Restricted MPS due to Gradients (Sonabhadra Chopan Route) ??
Restricted speed of Ranchi Shatabdi to that of Ranchi Rajdhani ??
