You opinion please: I had booked a Tatkal WL ticket on this train for today. It was WL/6. The chart was not prepared until 10:08 am this morning, for a train departing at 1155 am. So, i booked another Tatkal for tomorrow on same train. Now, the minute i had made payment and got my ticket, this ticket is also confirmed - isnt this unfair? shouldnt the chart be prepared before the tatkal window opens? I have paid for 2 tickets now :( who do I complain to?

is there any forum where i can complain? As per rules, for trains departing between 12 am to 12 pm, the chart should be prepared at 8 pm on previous day, before closing of window.

No forum as such to lodge a complain for such a case, You donot have any choice left now...
