i want to change boarding of an tatkal ticket from champa to raipur in hapa express. can i?

Sir, now tatkal is done one day before the travel date, say my train is @ 7am on 4/09/2012, so i will go for tatkal on 3/09/2012 @ 10am, so how will i change the boarding point???
In that case its not allowed but in case train is at 14.00 hrs and booked tatkal at 10.00hrs then boarding can be changed.
i said it should be done before 24 hrs
yes for cases where dep of train is before 10 am its not possible

As I have said I have personally changed the boarding point of a tatkal ticket and that was a tatkal eticket
