Will I get public transport (auto etc.) at Bina Malkhedi Railway Station (MAKR) at @ 2 AM in night to go to Bina Jn. (Main station) to catch Kashi Mahakal Exp (2.40 AM departure)? From Google maps, it seems it is a very small station, located in a nearby village and not within city limits. Local members & RFs, pls help urgently so that I can make a travel booking decision.

LOL , we still love UTKAL express . do not say bad things about it!

Didn't want to hurt any feelings here, mate!
Delay due to fog from Jhansi onwards is understandable. But being 2-3 hrs delayed even before reaching fog areas (Katni, Bina etc.)?. Heavy goods traffic in CG / Jharkhand / Orissa being the culprit?

It is better to find some other alternative. What is your source station and to where you are traveling?
This train always get less priority, passes though many zones, Many coal traffic areas, Lot of parcel loading in train done from small stations (I guess for many small stations its only train to DLI, so this is only option for them), less buffer time at Rishikesh - all these factors make this train late 2-3 hours on each run.

Hi Mridul. I am travelling from KGP to Indore on 20th Feb. I have to attend a wedding in KGP on 19th night. I am booked on KGP to Raipur on 12834 and Raipur to Indore on Indigo 5.30 PM. But the buggers informed earlier this morning that they are cancelling the 5.30 pm flight and moving me on 10.30 am flight. I can't catch it if I arrive Raipur by 12834
