I have got three SL offline tickets from Udaipur to Shalimar on 16/11/12. But my boarding point needs to be changed to Chittaurgarh on that very day. In between there are only 1 station named Mavli Jn.; Please suggest what to do ? Is there any provision to change boarding point except cancelling the offline ticket.....
Yes, You can go to nearest Booking Window with your ticket and application to change boarding point. Do carry your ID-Card. Boarding point can be changed once before 24 hrs of departure
I went there...but..the then booking clerk first denied to do & later on told that come tomorrow after 14.00 hrs, the then booking guys will have the "power" to change it....I couldn't get him...let's try again tomorrow....any body please suggest what to do now....
U ask him to show the rule when he tries to give such awfull reasons.
