A new train from Howrah to Bokaro Steel City via Tatanagar is required looking at the booking of train# 18013 HWH-BKSC Exp. Slot needs to be identified soon. TT for another overnight train is required between the 2 stations.
one overnight train too with late departure from both end via GMO DHN..

Maximum patronage of 18013 gets down at BQA, BQA-ADRA stretch, ADRA and SNTD. Post that hardly 30-35% reserved occupancy is left towards BKSC. This virtually becomes unreserved from Adra onwards. Day time connectivity between KGP and BKSC must improve. A very simple solution to increase coaches of 18013 is to delete slip to run as seperate train. Coupling and decoupling time lost at Adra will be saved.
Decoupling HWH-CKP Exp and HWH-BKSC Exp is under thinking in SER as far i have heard. That will happen in comming years. Due to high demand of passengers in HWH-CKP Exp number of coaches in both HWH-CKP and HWH-BKSC is a point under thinking. But it can be that after decoupling, HWH-BKSC Exp can be Shifted to SHM and only HWH-CKP will be running from HWH.
Also another latenight train from HWH-BKSC via TATA is also needed to cater passengers of TATA and PRR and also alternate route BKSC passengers. Only hurdle is to park rake at BKSC full day, but that is also i think SER will find a way out.

Yes in near future all trains will be independent, there will be no link concept as we move towards all LHB. Also the demand of HWH-CKP is too good all time.
