I have not seen,yet I feel that there should be some rules regarding this.
One big Railway station for ex. KANPUR CENTRAL should have 2-3 entrances with mandatory security check & luggage limit like metro/airports. This will save revenue loss because of ticket less travel & safety in Rly. Stations will be improved.
