HWH-DGHA Tamralipto Exp RSA is planned to be LHBfied in February 2022. 1 rake of LHB coaches will reach in January 2022 without spare.
After its lhbfication its existing ICF Chair Car coaches will be distributed among HWH-PRR Rupasi Bangla Exp, HWH-RNC-PRR Exp RSA and HWH-BJE Aranyak Exp replacing some of their existing GS coaches and 3AC coaches.
Hope this resuffling will help in getting GS coaches for KGP-HTE Exp restart in February 2022.

Yes it is really very sad that due to shortage of coaches many important SER trains cannot be restored till date. But there is a plan to restore some trains as coaches available:

By February end lhbfication will be completed target of HWH-ADI Exp.
What does it mean to run ICF CBC? Should run with normal ICF rake until it is found.
Will get lhbfied in January end. Also HWH-PRR-RNC RSA will get lhbfied.
