Be pratical then emotional. Why can't it be a new train Via Shortest Bilaspur route sharing the empty slot of Samata upto Delhi. Samata is being proposed to be made daily from 5 days let this new train biweekly run. Anyway I wish you dream of diverting Hirakud via shortest route become reality under SCOR.
Most probably ఆ bi weekly exp between Vskp and SVDK will be introduced via VZM TIG SBP, BSP KTE,BINA ,NDLS
