No news yet. Better wait for official PR. It must be released withing coming days. I don't think there should be any problem as they might shift JS from Vidyavihar to down through line connecting LTT towards thane. And then from thane it can continue with the same dedicated mail/express line for its onwards journey. But as I said wait for the official announcement.
I am worried because last weekend megaablock it was canceled between CSMT To PANVEL
