Will the indian railway enquiry number 139(speak to an operator ) provide passenger name in the reservations chart list?
on my search in internet i found it can be got through RTI, but will take 2 months to receive the info. and i also found that this info (info in a chart alone, not personal details) is available for public on request as this is being pasted on train .
Anyone have experience in this? or can anyone help me in this, please?

you need not be shy as indian railways has a scheduled charge for the facility. it is available on payment of rs.1000 per page per chart or rs.750 per pnr. i am blogging through cell phone hence cant provide you the document. kindly approach the nearest prs for the same. i think you will be redirected to prs of origin or destination station for the same
