is it the least popular among 6 siblings ? Everyone started except Pragati ? Did railway cancel it permanently or will it start soon ? Thank you

For Coach Increase CST need Complete Makeover in Infrastructure which next to impossible as of now
This train is going to start soon, not permanently cancelled along with this there also few trains which are needed to get restored again like 11025/26 Pune Bhusaval Express and Pune Secunderabad Shatabdi
What are the Railways waiting for exactly ??
For Pragati Express the entire route is Electrified, if they're waiting for Panvel Karjat Doubling then that would take years to go through.
Secunderabad Shatabdi Rake is in Dilapidated condition somewhere in Shindawane Ghats. They're needed to be sent for Total Overhaul at least before putting them back in service, if that's something Railways is interested in.
