Finally ICF will produce CRRC zhuzhou metro in this fiscal year..I guess this is the 1st time icf is collaborating with a foreign partner for metro.

I am also in Favor of having more Sleeper Coaches, but SL fares must also be raised at around 30-40 % to minimize the losses from such coaches. one cannot expect Tax payers to bear the Financial burden of increasing Railway staff salaries up to 5th/6th/7th pay commission & Not recovering this increased cost from passengers.
We need to have a Stable Financial situation for Railways, we Railfans must support fare Increase.
