distance is less and one can take a bus in case of missing the train. I would do it.
BUt if you have taken ticket using telescopic benefit.How will you get the refund of 2nd part.?
I am not sure about such rules. But I think if you want refund you will get it, since first train arrived late. Others can throw light on this.
