I have confirmed berth from LD-NZM. But I want to change the boarding station to PUNE. Is it possible? If yes then what content I have to write down in my application for boarding station? And what document I have to show to booking clerk? Will my berth status change after boarding station change?

Anytime before 24 hours of the scheduled departure from the ORIGINATING STATION is OK.
Yes, depute someone with self attested copy of ID proof, with original one for verification.
no guess works if clerk or CRS doesn't wish or agree to. the rule says ATLEAST 24 hrs before dep of the train from Origin station. So to be on a safer side, one should get it done well in advance say 2-3 or more days in advance before the journey date to avoid any unwanted hassle.
CRS cannot deny valid reasons.. If denied u must ask them to give it writing.. Well I also agree it shud be done as early as possible..
