Yes yes.it was a very major accident but what i have heard the speed of both trains were slow otherwise it would have been another Jneswari Exp type major accident

Nope. 11005 was changing over to mainline at Matunga from Dadar terminus and 11139 which should have been in halt position at Dadar station was also given clearance. So 11139 which was already on the mainline, approached from behind and hit the crossing over 11005 and then it (11005) got derailed
