Nobody cares from which state the PM,Finance minister,Home minister, defence minister etc. But when it comes to railway minister, it do consider a lot,from which state he/she is!!!
Jairam Ramesh is most likely our new RM. Finally, the south gets it.
I dont think the new RM will be decided today. IMHO, PM will take over the ministry and the decision on who the RM will be taken during a major cabinet reshuffle next week.
