May be due to loco shortage. Okesari aa route lo unna Anni trains ki provide cheyali ante shortage undochu. Or else SCR vadu CCT nundi e loco provide cheste up and down use chestaru.

Yes, CR has only Kalyan ELS only for South-bound trains in the Mumbai-Chennai route, so Daund ELS is been constructed, I don't know, why this project is so delayed, it should be completed by now or till last year only
