Not at all. After all, the congestion and resource constraints are main issues at BKSC even if the MPs request every time. This is what I said, Deoghar has special tracks and infrastructure leading to no congestion. I was living under the impression that it’s Indian Railways so the infrastructure issues are common but doesn’t look like it anymore.
BKSC should be given importance by the Div HQ but the other places can skip division and even zonal HQs and go directly to the RM.
