Yes imagine there is station A which has 50 trains and earning is 60 crores but there is a station that has only 27 trains but it generated revenue of 45 crores , then you can clearly see there is potential at station B and it can cater more trains if introduced .
Also earning per train can be a benchmark to introduce a new trains or providing halts of new trains.

Great disparity exists in distribution of trains on various sections of ECR. Some have plenty of trains while some have negligible.
I often feel this should actually be the premise for comparison, but people on iri go gaga over the earnings solely
