No train is flop. No train is hit. No train is super-flop. No train is super-hit. All trains are trains and they don't want categorisation by public on the basis of occupancy. Railway Board is there for that. See railways as a resource which is meant to benefit you and the people of the country.

If they are provided as per the convenience of passenger, the occupancy is more and benifit for passengers and railways. If train is provided not as per the convenience it is loss to both passengers and railway
Ab ye tumne kaise decide kiya ki RB decide karega? Jab tak iri hai tab tak hit/flop discussion to hoga..
My statement is clear. Let discussions happen about occupancy earning etc. But let's not give hit/flop tags. Maybe one person tags a train hit/flop and it offends another. So controversies will ignite again and again due to this.
A train which is hit will automatically get occupancy and earnings. So I disagree with you. Some trains are flop and some are hit.
