ECR gets allotment of first LWACCN(E) coach after a long wait from RCF.According to allotment plan should go to DHN but the way allotments meant for different divisions are transferred to particular division it has less chances to reach there.

Large number of 3A,2A,1A alloted to ECR in recent period with Eog and sl to be used from the extra coaches of standardized trains.But the new allotments are diverted to particular division so less chances of it getting lhb in this Quarter.May take more than expected time.
